"Very good"
It will much better when the elevator gets working. Being on the 3rd floor for older folks with luggage can be difficult. The room was small but clean except I forgot to tell the front desk that there were little ants on counter.

Nice size bath and room. Quality furnishings. Clean well maintained property. Fun beach bar with live music. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas.

Location is great! Rooms are nice and clean and there seems to be some updating going on. Like the separate living space away from the bedroom. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Close access to the beach. The pool. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Chair and towel service at the beach. That should be promoted better. We wouldn’t have brought our beach chairs and towels!
